Several Trade Unions including drivers and guards launched a sudden strike from 3 pm on 8th of this month. According to news reporters railway trade unions have decided to call off their strike action after a discussions with President Maithripala Sirisena. Railways commuters’ including Nurses faced lot of difficulties during this period.
